Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to feel completely comfortable and protected in your new gear. If something isn’t the right fit, here is how we handle returns and exchanges: 

You have 2-4 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Condition of the Gear

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the apparel must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

• All original tags, packaging, and protective armor (if applicable) must be fully intact and attached.

• Please note: For safety and hygiene reasons, items that show signs of being taken out on a ride, smell of smoke/cologne, or are missing tags cannot be accepted.

Sizing Exchanges

Motorcycle apparel needs to fit perfectly to do its job. If your jacket or pants are too tight or too loose, contact us immediately. We will help you process an exchange for the correct size, subject to stock availability. 

How to Start a Return/Exchange

1. Reach Out: Send a message to our support team via WhatsApp/Email with your Order ID and the reason for the return.

2. Pack it Up: Safely pack the gear in its original packaging.

3. Ship it Back: We will provide you with the return shipping address or arrange a reverse pickup (depending on your pincode).

4. Inspection & Resolution: Once the returned gear reaches our warehouse and passes our quality check, we will dispatch your exchanged size or process your refund within  3-5 business days
